Programme Outline
As Singapore's population ages and initiatives such as Healthier SG shift healthcare beyond hospitals and into the community, there is a growing need for a skilled and compassionate community care workforce. This webinar explores how integrated community care and person-centred care work together to support older adults in ageing well in their community.
Participants will gain insights into why dignity, personhood, and meaningful engagement are central to quality care, and promoting active aging and in supporting seniors and their families. This session will provide practical knowledge, insights, and clear pathways into the growing community care sector.
