Programme Outline

A 90-minute webinar addressing global trends regarding the transformation of home and community-based care. Nurses, social workers, doctors, therapists, and caregivers face increased challenges with providing patient care considering pandemic staffing shortages and more complex home care within a multi-cultural environment, especially for older adults with complex needs who suffered disproportionately more. Speakers from the United Kingdom, United States, and Singapore will present helpful approaches to care.
