Purpose

Celebrating nursing leadership, innovation, and collaboration across the Asia Pacific region. This convention aims to foster knowledge exchange, showcase innovations, and strengthen partnerships to advance nursing practice globally.

Programme Details – Concurrent Sessions and Detailed Descriptions:

Session A: Emerging Trends – Research, Evidence-based Practice, Digital Innovation Explore the latest research and evidence-based practices shaping nursing. Topics include AI in healthcare, telehealth integration, predictive analytics for patient care, and digital tools for workflow optimisation.

Session B: Sustainability and Global Health Address global health challenges and sustainable healthcare practices. Discussions will cover climate change impacts on health, green hospital initiatives, resource optimisation strategies, and collaborative frameworks for global health equity.

Session C: Leadership & Learning Health Systems Understand the role of nursing leadership in creating adaptive learning health systems. Topics include strategic management, organisational excellence, leadership development, and fostering cultures of continuous improvement.

Session D: Advancing Nursing Practice and Person-Centred Care Focus on innovations that enhance person-centred care. Includes advanced clinical skills, holistic care approaches, integration of patient preferences, and leveraging technology for personalised care.
