Jointly organised by the College of Family Physicians, Singapore (CFPS), National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHGP), National University Polyclinics (NUP) and SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP), the Singapore Primary Care Conference 2023 is the first ever standalone conference for primary care providers in Singapore, which is made possible through the close collaboration between the College of Family Physicians Singapore (CFPS) and the 3 polyclinic clusters, namely National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHGP), National University Polyclinics (NUP) and SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP).
