Course Description: This course equips participants with the knowledge and abilities to proactively prevent workplace violence through effective assessment and feedback strategies. Participants will also be trained to recognize and respond to workplace violence incidents promptly, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Through real-world scenarios, role plays, and a community of practice, participants will develop the competencies to foster a safer and more respectful work environment.
