Course Description: The 2-hour e-learning module builds your core skills, mastering the SBI-D model for fact-based feedback. You’ll also learn the SARAH model (Shock, Anger, Resistance, Acceptance, Help) to anticipate and productively manage emotional reactions.
The 4-hour, in-person workshop is pure practice. Using the F.A.C.T. framework (Frame, Ask, Collaborate, Track), you’ll master difficult conversations through realistic role-play, turning resistance into resolution.
