Course Description: This course aims to equip nursing leaders to develop servicing partnerships by strengthening the relationships and creating differentiated experiences, leveraging opportunities continuously.
Objectives:
1. Apply relationship management techniques to maintain long-term customer or patient engagement and guide junior staff in upholding service standards.
2. Monitor and evaluate customer and patient satisfaction using feedback tools and translate findings into continuous service improvements.
3. Communicate improvements effectively to patients and caregivers, and seek feedback on their impact to close the service loop.
4. Collaborate across departments to improve the overall service journey, resolve breakdowns, and contribute to a more integrated care experience.
5. Lead by example, fostering a service-oriented team culture through coaching, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.
