Course Description: This course provides learners with a practical and systems-oriented understanding of psychological safety and mental wellness in the workplace and equips learners to move beyond individual-level awareness and develop the capability to identify, anticipate, and respond to factors that influence staff wellbeing at both structural and cultural levels. Learners will explore available support systems within and outside the organisation, recognise early signs of stress-related conditions such as acute stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout, and apply validated frameworks to guide timely intervention.
