Course Description: This course aims to develop participants as confident and capable Clinical Instructors. The programme spells out the roles of a Clinical Instructor, theories and methods of teaching, assessment, evaluation and clinical supervision, and management of challenging student issues. The teaching methodologies include self-directed learning, lecture, case-based discussion, role play, small group presentation and reflective writing. In addition, participants will undergo a two-week clinical practicum. $3793.20 for non-NHG staff.
