Course Description: Our microbiomes, the communities of microscopic organisms that live in and on us, shape our development from birth and play a pivotal role in both health and disease. Our microbiomes can be nurtured through everyDays choices, including consumption of probiotics, prebiotics and antibiotics, and have a bearing on how gracefully we mature and age.
