Course Description: This course is designed to provide healthcare professionals (HP) with the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills to build their capability in leading the workplace learning and development strategy. Learners will be able to design workplace learning needs assessment strategy specifically for healthcare professionals, develop workplace learning plans, formulate a budget based on the learning intervention plan and design learning interventions based on the established model of evaluation. Eligible for 8 CPE points upon successful completion of the course.
