Course Description: In this programme, participants will have the opportunity to develop clinical leadership skills and strengths to actively lead change; define best practices in their practice areas; conduct unbiased clinical audits and engage in quality improvement processes; implement frameworks and use software to translate research into practice and apply clinical evidence; design and execute strategies to implement evidence-based practice in their own work environment. Eligible for 24 CPE points upon successful completion.
