Course Description: This course aims to provide registered nurses with the knowledge and skills to support intermediate wound care that improves patients’ outcomes. It intends to benefit registered nurses with selected case examples in complex wound management such as comparing wound products for corresponding wound goals, negative pressure wound therapy, atypical leg ulcers, fungating wounds and adjuvant therapies.
