Course Description: The course provides nurses with comprehensive knowledge on principles of epidemiology, basic microbiology, infectious disease transmission process, common infectious diseases, current evidence-based IPC principles and practices. As such, nurses will gain relevant knowledge, competencies, and attitudes pertaining to Infection prevention and control (IPC). Eligible for 12 CPE points upon successful completion of the course.
