Course Description: Apply the Science of Improvement through the various Improvement Tools. Learn elements of 6S, VSM, DOWNTIME, PDSA, A3 STORYBOARD, CPIP and Design Thinking via activities and hands-on application. Lead improvement projects and generate problem statements, walk through the diagnostic journey, set clear goals and testing out interventions. Applicable for EN & RN selected to lead improvement projects.
Upon completion, participants will be issued with a Certificate of Achievement.
