Course Description: Learners will be able to: • Evaluate how the workplace learning facilitator (WPLF) interaction identities impact the enactment of the WPLF professional role. • Develop effective communication skills to enhance workplace learning. • Evaluate how the characteristics and learning styles of different groups of workplace learners influence learning and to conduct effective facilitation to meet diverse profiles of learners. • Apply appropriate workplace learning interventions to achieve the intended Eligible for 8 CPE points upon successful completion of the course.
