Course Description: By the end of the course, participants will be able to apply self-care and stress management techniques to enhance their own well-being, while demonstrating informed decision-making in seeking support and navigating available mental health resources within and beyond the workplace.
Objectives:
1. Explain key principles of self-care, personal effectiveness, nutrition, exercise, and stress management, and identify personal stress indicators that may impact workplace performance and well-being.
2. Apply self-care, stress management, time and project management strategies to enhance personal effectiveness and resilience, including reflecting on behaviours, optimising resources, and seeking appropriate support when needed.
