Course Description: Clinical assessors play an important role in ensuring quality clinical care are delivered by competent staff. A qualified clinical assessor conducts clinical supervision of ground nurses and provides clinical guidance when there is an identified gap in care delivery performance. The assessor workshop is structured to allow attendees to further understand the purpose of competency-based assessment. The assessor workshop also introduces the format of Entrustable Professional Activities framework. Eligible for 4 CPE points upon successful completion of the course.
