Course Description: This course aims to equip CI trainees with the specialized knowledge, skills, and attitudes to be effective clinical instructors. This 6-day blended programme that includes: Introduction to Clinical Education, Planning an Education Activity, Clinical Supervision, Competency & Outcomes Assessment, Assessing & Evaluating Learning Outcomes and Reflection. To complete the course successfully, trainees will need to complete the competency assessments and pass the written assessments.
Course Duration: 5 days of blended learning and 80 hours of clinical practicum
