Course Description: ANCHOR Foundation Course covers age-related physiological and psychosocial changes, geriatric syndromes, and frailty management. Participants learn practical skills including walking aids, dysphagia feeding techniques, and managing incontinence, pain, and falls. The course addresses nutritional support, differentiating dementia from delirium, and person-centred care for BPSD patients. It concludes with discharge planning and connecting elderly patients to Singapore community resources. Course fee is $327.00 for NHG participant.
